Dr. Melissa Kennedy grew up in Cobb County, GA and attended Walton High School. Afterwards, she attended both the University of Georgia and Kentucky Wesleyan University where she received her undergraduate degree in Biology. She went on to receive her doctorate of dentistry at the University of Louisville. While in Dental School, she received an award for achievement in implant dentistry and participated in a dental mission trip to the Dominican Republic.
When Dr. Kennedy is not working, she enjoys photography, running, reading, yoga, and the outdoors with her two golden retrievers. She is an avid Georgia Bulldog fan and a devout Christian.
